The Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) has selected Ryan Miziker, CEO and Creative Director of Miziker Entertainment, to produce the 24th annual Thea Awards Gala. This incredible black-tie event celebrates the world’s most exciting and innovative shows, attractions, theme parks and guest experiences. The gala will bring together honorees and attendees from around the world, and will be held on April 7, 2018 at the Disneyland Hotel.

Everything has come full circle. In 1994, Ron Miziker of Miziker & Company, produced the event. It was held at the Biltmore Hotel in downtown Los Angeles and drew over 200 attendees. Harrison “Buzz” Price received the Lifetime Achievement Award that year. In 2011, the “Lifetime Achievement Award” was renamed “The Buzz Price Thea Award – Recognizing a Lifetime of Distinguished Achievements.”
