Charlotte Huggins

With four decades of major league Hollywood credits spanning multiple entertainment disciplines, Charlotte is a producer who brings her heart and soul to every project she undertakes. She has been a leader in the “business of creative” as a writer and producer at the highest level of multiple entertainment platforms, and has produced feature films, prime time television, Super Bowl and Clio Award winning commercials and over a dozen IMAX documentaries.

Charlotte has served on the founding Executive Boards of Directors of the Producer’s Guild of America New Media Council, the Visual Effect Society, and the International 3D Society, and served three terms on the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce board.

With numerous awards and recognition for her work in special format production, Charlotte was included in Daily Variety Women’s Impact Report and the Hollywood Reporter’s “Digital 50”- a group comprised of producers and innovators who distinguished themselves in the realm of new media storytelling.

Her feature film credits include Journey to the Center of the Earth starring Brendan Frasier, and Journey 2: The Mysterious Island starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, for Warner Bros. She also produced the dramatic film Metallica Through the Never, which earned her a 2014 Grammy nomination for Best Music Film. Her work in animation includes the feature film, Fly Me to the Moon, released by Lionsgate.

Charlotte has produced over a dozen IMAX films, most recently a Nature Conservancy documentary, Back From the Brink with the Russo Bros, and National Geographic Society’s Extreme Weather. Prior to producing, Charlotte was a writer and story editor for the NBC hit series Hunter, and Vice President of PR and marketing for Cannell Entertainment when the studio produced 5 of the top 10 tv shows in the world.

As CEO, Executive Producer and partner at Miziker for over a decade, Charlotte supervises all aspects of company operations, development and production. Along with partner Ryan Miziker, Miziker Entertainment received a Thea Award for the Journey of Lights nighttime parade for Chimelong Ocean Kingdom in Zhuhai, China. Together they have expanded the company beyond its world-class themed design roots into owner/operators of immersive attractions, placemaking strategies, technology product developers, and most recently into the world of story-based live sports entertainment.

A master of brand storytelling, Dan creates stories and events that connect fans and sponsors to teams for a lifetime of memorable
experiences.

Dan is a proven C-Level marketing communications executive. Throughout his career, he has leveraged his thought leadership and business development skills to build successful agencies in the advertising, promotion and experiential sectors. With Dan at the helm, his companies went on to support the launch and profitable
growth of high profile brands for clients in highly competitive business categories.

In 2012, Dan founded Beautiful Land Communications, an advisory group with expertise in business and sponsorship development, content development and delivery, and analytics. Dan works closely with senior clients to address retail strategies and execution challenges as well as global opportunities.

Prior to founding Beautiful Land, Dan was the President & CEO of specialty agencies affiliated with the Interpublic and Omnicom networks. He formed and directed agencies representing all General Motors and 25 brands. Under his leadership, billings in each of the Agencies exceeded $180M within two years of start-up. He also led the opening of 8 field offices in key US business hubs.

As Managing Director of IPG/Kaleidoscope’s LA based GM R*Works unit, Dan was responsible for leading a dedicated account management, operations and financial staff. Under his direction, this operating unit developed metric-based tools and analytic processes, innovative go-to-market strategies and executions for all of GM’s sports, entertainment and event marketing initiatives in the western United States. The group won many awards including recognition as GM’s Western Region partner of the year.

Additionally, Dan has worked with several start-ups and re-launches, in a senior executive role, leading advertising/marketing and experiential efforts resulting in successfully achieving initial goals and kpi’s – including Electra Meccanica (an EV start up) and recently, Turtleback Mountain Golf & Resort (rebranding/re-launch). In that role, Dan led the effort to negotiate, obtain title sponsorship (3 yr), and host the New Mexico Open Golf tournament in 2025 – resulting in what has been deemed the most successful NM Open in the long history of the tournament.

An inspiring and provocative presenter, Dan has been the featured speaker at the Radio Advertising Bureau’s national convention (NYC), CBS Television’s affiliate’s national convention (LA), the Chevrolet School of Marketing and Management (Detroit) and more. As President and CMO of MSL, Dan brings vision, direction and goal-oriented focus to the development of marketing and business strategies for the company.

Folks who know Dan well, attribute much of his success to his passion and participation in sports. He was a QB at The University of Tennessee and played rugby with club teams across the USA.

A creative force, technical innovator, and master storyteller, Ryan has circled the globe bringing top-tier experiences to life for the most prestigious entertainment brands on the planet.

Ryan is a creative director and producer with decades of experience leading the world’s top show designers and creative teams to develop successful live entertainment experiences and media-based attractions. Capitalizing on his extensive professional experience, he understands how to translate intellectual properties into successful entertainment destinations. He has been fortunate to work with the highest caliber artists, architects, art directors, celebrity talent, clients, print and motion graphics designers, licensed properties, and diverse talents from all areas of the entertainment industry.

Earlier in his career with Wyatt Design Group, he played a key role on the concept phases for both Warner Bros. Abu Dhabi Theme Park and Paramount Park in Murcia, Spain. Additional recent international experience includes writing, producing and project management for The Hettema Group and Rhythm & Hues Studios for projects throughout Asia. Previously, he served as the show producer for the DreamWorks Animation zone at Universal Studios Singapore, responsible for bringing to life attractions based on Dreamworks’ Madagascar and Shrek film properties.

In the United States he has written or produced shows and attractions for Hershey’s Chocolate World, the San Diego Zoo, Toyota, The Boy Scouts of America, Laguna Resort & Casino, Paramount Pictures’ Star Trek: The Adventure, LegoLand California, Hasbro, Knott’s Berry Farm and many more.

As the head of all things creative for MSL, Ryan brings his lifelong participation in sports combined with his background in entertainment to create immersive and memorable fan experiences. Ryan’s skills include creating characters and backstories, developing original music, scripting stories and designing worlds for shows and events that millions of people have enjoyed and continue to embrace.

Lei Zhenchuan
Vice President

Lei is crucial in the development and organization of Miziker’s new and international business, liaising with clients, vendors and partners across the US, Asia and Europe. Fluent in English, French, Russian and his native language, Mandarin Chinese, as well as five Chinese regional dialects, he brings a world of connection and understanding to all MSL projects.

Lei joined Miziker over a decade ago as a translator, providing language and cultural support. He quickly moved onto the production teams for major projects, including the Thea Award-winning Journey of Lights parade at Chimelong Zhuhai Ocean Kingdom, and multiple park-wide Halloween activations such as the American Monsters project which Miziker developed, owned and operated at Mall of America.

As Vice President of MSL, Lei has worked with and lead many talented professionals from across the industry, and twice has served as a producer for the most prestigious event in the $100 billion themed entertainment industry, the 25th Thea Awards Gala in 2018 and, most
recently, the 32nd Thea Awards Gala in 2026.

Based in Paris, France, Lei is also a doctoral candidate at Paris School of Business, with a research topic focused on the experiential economy. His academic work has further deepened his understanding of the economic, cultural and social value of the experience industry and the role that MSL plays in creating those fan and guest moments.

Lei is a graduate of Emerson College in Massachusetts, with a degree in film production, and brings his media coordinating and global travel experiences to the varied MSL projects. In addition to project development, Lei has been crucial in the organization and establishment of Miziker’s Paris office, liaising with clients, vendors and partners across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.

With a deep background in all aspects of live entertainment, Lashette seamlessly manages all company logistics allowing artists and project directors the space to deliver their work on schedule with the highest quality.

Her entry into the entertainment business started as a performer in New York and Los Angeles. After studying and mastering guitar, singing, dance, acting, and stage production, Lashette performed across the country and at the legendary Keys Club in LA, with her all-female punk band, The Ramonas. She has co-starred on shows for Nickelodeon, Showtime and the Lifetime networks.

Prior to joining Miziker a decade ago, Lashette traveled the country as a performer and assistant tour manager in quick turnover, highly technical live shows including Disney Junior Dance Party Tour, giving her valuable experience in front of audiences with hands-on supervision in staging and logistics.

Having seen all sides of the production process, Lashette brings a rounded sense of pragmatism to every project she oversees. As senior project director at MSL, Lashette is a catalyst for creative energy, with the knowledge of how to overcome the inevitable challenges of live show production including working in multi-use venues, coordinating complex deliverables from many vendors, sourcing and developing relationships with local personnel and suppliers, and navigating the personal and professional complexities of successful live entertainment.
